Had a bit of a hiccup with my dishwasher the other day. So, I did the usual, typed 'Miele appliance repair San Jose' into Google. Boom. Found SiliconStation Appliance Repair right away. These guys really know Miele stuff like no one else. Called 'em up, chatted with a rep who seemed to really know their stuff, and we set up an appointment for the next day.
The tech, Alex I think, showed up right on time. That's always a win because, honestly, who has time to wait around all day? Anyway, he took one look at my Miele dishwasher and seemed to know exactly what was going on. No BS. Got to work, and like, no kidding, he had it humming again in probably under an hour. Amazing.
What stood out? Alex didn’t push any unnecessary stuff. Just fixed things, explained what happened, and that was it. Simple. Fast. Efficient. It’s kinda rare to find that, right? Plus, their pricing was solid. Not over-the-top or sneaky-hidden-fees kind of deal.
